Soft pretzel sandwiches. Tried these: definitely a keeper! Make sure to not make the pretzels too big and really tuck the ends under to keep them manageable as sandwiches! Made the pretzels then filled them with ham and smoked provolone then back in the oven to melt the cheese and served them- delicious!froze some too and have been sending in lunches.. Just be sure to thaw completely before reheating- otherwise they will be soggy.
